Pumpkin Hunt Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

Promoter

  1. The promoter is Alexander Hudson Estates Ltd (Company No. 11433986), 10 Armstrong Drive, West Moor, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 7EB (“we”, “us”).

Who can enter

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  2. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

How to enter

  1. The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 31 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
  2. Pumpkins have been hidden in the property photographs of more than five live listings on alexanderhudson.co.uk, one pumpkin per property. You only need to find five.
  3. To enter, email your full name and the street name and area of five properties containing a pumpkin to enquiries@alexanderhudson.co.uk with the subject line “Pumpkin Hunt”.
  4. Only entries that correctly identify five properties containing a pumpkin will be entered into the draw. If an entry names more than five properties, only the first five listed will be checked.
  5. One entry per person. If we receive more than one entry from the same person, only the first will count.
  6. The Halloween haunted house listings on our website are fictional, are not for sale and do not contain any of the hidden pumpkins.
  7. If a property containing a pumpkin is removed from our website during the promotion, entries naming that property will still be accepted.
  8. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Bulk, automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

The draw

  1. Three winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries.

Prizes

  1. First prize is one £50 Smyths Toys Superstores gift card. Two runner-up prizes are one £25 Smyths Toys Superstores gift card each.
  2. Gift cards will be supplied as e-gift cards or physical gift cards at our discretion. They are subject to Smyths Toys’ own gift card terms and conditions.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners

  1. Winners will be drawn from Monday 2 November 2026 and notified by email, sent to the address they entered from.
  2. We aim to send prizes within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
  3. Once prizes have been claimed, we will announce the winners’ first names and areas on our website and social media channels. The surname and county of winners will be available on request by emailing enquiries@alexanderhudson.co.uk. If you would prefer not to be named or for your details not to be shared, please tell us when you claim your prize.

Your data

  1. We will use the details you send us only to run this promotion: checking entries, contacting winners and delivering prizes. We will not use your details for marketing unless you separately sign up on our website or ask us to add you. Entry details will be deleted within 30 days of the prizes being sent. General

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.
  2. We may cancel, amend or suspend the promotion if circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be published on our website.
  3. We may disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms.
  4. By entering, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
