Faith at Alexander hudson worked with us whilst buying our first home. Faith was fab throughout the process. From the inital offer being accepted until the day we got out keys she kept us informed and nothing seemed to be too much of an ask. Her communication was great, replying really fast and was fantastic at not just communicating with us but our solicitors too. The process went quickly and feel this was helped massively by Faith. 100% would recommend her and therefore the estate agents to anyone. I honestly can’t recommend Alexander Hudson Estates enough. Selling a house can be a stressful process, but the whole team made everything feel so much easier from start to finish.

A massive thank you to Alex, Millie, Elliot, Heather, Lauren, Faith, Lucy, Mollie and Laura. Every single person I dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful and always happy to answer questions or keep me updated throughout the sale.

What really stood out was the communication. I never felt like I was being left in the dark, and whenever something needed chasing or sorting, the team were on it. You could genuinely tell they cared about getting the sale over the line rather than treating it as just another property.

There are always going to be a few stressful moments when selling a house, but having a team that is approachable, responsive and supportive makes such a difference.

I’ve had a really positive experience from start to finish. Faith has been brilliant throughout the whole process, from initially booking everything in and getting the property on the market, right through to exchange and completion. Her communication has been great, with regular check-ins and updates, and she was always proactive in chasing things and keeping me informed.

I was also really happy with Alex when he came out to the property. He was friendly and professional, and I was very pleased with the valuation, photos and how the property was presented for sale.
