Our Tenant Find service takes the hassle out of letting your property. We advertise your home, carry out viewings, fully reference tenants, negotiate offers, and handle all legal paperwork through to key handover.
Includes:
- Professional photography and advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, our database, and social media
- Full tenant referencing and UK Right to Rent compliance
- Tenancy agreements, guarantor paperwork, and rent/deposit collection
- Key handover with all essential tenant documents
Our tenant find service is charged at the rate of 75% of one month’s rent plus VAT
Fully Managed Service
Our Fully Managed Service gives landlords complete peace of mind. We manage every aspect of your property, keeping up with increasing legislation and compliance requirements so you don’t have to.
In addition to Tenant Find, this includes but is not limited to:
- Pre-tenancy checks and compliance (Gas Safe, EICR, EPC…)
- Damage deposit protection and administration
